Terms of Service

Engagement Board helps YouTube creators manage, analyze, and respond to comments and channel engagement, including AI-assisted reply suggestions, sentiment and content analytics, and tools to post, reply to, moderate, or update content on connected YouTube channels at your direction.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You authorize Engagement Board to access and act on your YouTube account only as needed to provide the features you use. You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with YouTube’s policies, including community guidelines and spam/self-promotion rules.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post spam, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content;
• violate YouTube’s or Google’s terms, or any applicable law;
• access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
• reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

You are solely responsible for content you publish through the Service, including AI-assisted replies you choose to approve and post.

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-assisted content before it is published. We do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or outcomes of AI features.

Paid features are billed through our payment processor on the terms presented at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credit-based features are consumed as described in the app. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

We and our licensors own the Service and all related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service per these Terms. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and provide the features you use.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the data-handling practices in our Privacy Policy apply.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENGAGEMENTBOARD LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold EngagementBoard LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will post the updated version here and revise the “Effective date.” Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
